A warranty emergency is an event or situation related to the home’s performance that creates an imminent threat of serious damage to the home or results in an unsafe living condition.
Emergency service is needed when there is:
- complete loss of electrical power
- a plumbing leak that requires shutting off the main supply
- a sewer back-up
- total loss of heating and/or cooling (HVAC)
If you experience a warranty emergency, immediately contact the appropriate contractor on the Emergency Contacts list provided to you at closing. Do not use the online warranty process. After requesting emergency service, notify your Toll Brothers Customer Care team as soon as possible.
